Tammy Berendts, a 17 year resident of the Shields River Valley ranching community, acquired her real estate license in 2002. She has nine years of experience as a property valuation specialist for the State of Montana, working primarily with real estate transfer certificates, deed work, legal descriptions and subdivision & survey maps.
Tammy finds the business of Real Estate both fun and exciting at times, and enjoys matching buyers and sellers, helping them realize their dreams. “I work hard for my clients, listening to their wants and needs; I follow through and often go beyond what I am requested to do if it is in their best interests. I am available throughout the buying or selling process.”
Co-owner of a small business in Clyde Park, Tammy is familiar with northern Park County and its ranching residents, both young and old. She is a Board Member for the Northslope Condominium Association and a member of the Clyde Park Planning Committee. She participates in the Multiple Sclerosis Society fundraisers annually and she also contributes throughout the year to local events in the community.
