Theresa Coleman is a fourth generation Montanan, originally from Bozeman. After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising/Design and spending several years in the San Francisco Bay area she has chosen to come back to Montana to make her home in Livingston.
Having grown up in Bozeman, Theresa has observed the dramatic changes that have altered the wild Montana landscape over the past 30 years. The experience has led her to her current position of offering quality properties through ERA Western Land.
Theresa and her husband Tom, environmental engineer and principal of Aquatic Design & Construction, have combined talents to offer landowners and buyers fishery and wildlife assessments of properties along with with 20 years professional sales experience, marketing and management services. ADC specializes in the restoration of stream and riverine systems, lake and pond habitats, wetlands and their associative uplands.
In addition to selling real estate, Theresa owns and manages commercial property in the historic downtown district of Livingston. She is active in the community and is interested in revitalizing Montana’s historic downtown character.
