BACKGROUND:
Ardi joined ERA Landmark Real Estate’s Commercial Team in 2006. She specializes in commercial real estate and IRS tax-deferred 1031 exchanges. Ardi offers her clients a broad spectrum of experience in locating and valuing potential real estate and business investments in southwest Montana. She also brings a specific knowledge of the needs of both small businesses and individual investors. Her familiarity with business operations and valuations, as well as her leadership in the community give Ardi an extensive view of the commercial opportunities in the Gallatin Valley.

EDUCATION:
Ardi DeVries holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Montana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver. She has worked in the automotive and trucking industries and is the former president/owner of Yellowstone Harley-Davidson in Belgrade, MT.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
Ardi is a past president and former member of the Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club. She has served as a Director on the Boards of the Gallatin Development Corporation (now Prospera), The Bozeman Chamber of Commerce and Riverside Country Club. She currently serves on the boards of Big Sky Western Bank and the MSU Foundation.

PERSONAL:
Ardi’s hobbies include business development, music and art, gardening and travel.
