BACKGROUND: Patty has lived in the Bozeman area for over 20 years and has an extensive banking background. She retired as President of US Bank of Bozeman in 2001. Patty joined ERA Landmark in 2002 as a Sales Associate.

COMPETITIVE EDGE: Patty brings to ERA Landmark her excellent knowledge of the Bozeman community and contacts with many of its community leaders as well as her banking and finance background. She looks forward to helping buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT: Patty has received the Montana State University Community Excellence Award, and belongs to the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce. She is currently on the US Bank – Bozeman Advisory Board, and member of the Chamber Green Coat Ambassadors. Additionally, she is affiliated with the National and Montana Association of Realtors®, and a member of the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.

PERSONAL: Patty and her husband, Ron, have two married sons. She enjoys cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
