BACKGROUND: Ron received his real estate license in June, 2005 and joined ERA Landmark Real Estate as a Sales Associate. Ron served as the general manager for Empire Building Materials, Inc, in Bozeman for the past 22 years. Ron specializes in residential real estate, new construction and vacant land listing and sales.
COMPETITIVE EDGE: With more than 40 years’ in the building materials industry Ron is extremely knowledgeable and competent about today’s housing industry. His product knowledge gives his clients the tools for helping them make good buying decisions. As a long-time Bozeman resident, Ron knows the area well and enjoys being able to assist buyers and sellers with their Montana real estate purchases.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT: Ron is a member of the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association (SWMBIA) and the Montana Building Industry Association (MBIA). He is a Life Member of the Spike Club and received the 1992 Community Service Award from the National Association of Home Builders. Ron has served as a past board member of Montana State University’s Athletic Scholarship Association. He is a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of Realtors® and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.
PERSONAL: Ron spends his free time with his family and grand children. He loves to fly-fish in the summer and ski in the winter. He also enjoys archery, hunting, water-skiing, antique cars, four wheeling and hiking in Montana’s great outdoors.
