Rob Story is a fifth generation Montana native with an intimate knowledge of the land and people of Montana. He is a direct descendant of Nelson Story, who drove cattle from Texas to Montana in 1866 - the longest cattle drive in the history of the American west.
A location scout for the film, television & photo industry over the past 25 years, Rob has secured locations for some of the biggest commercial directors in the industry, including Joe Pitka, Bruce Weber and Tony Scott. Drawing from this experience, Rob is not only able to find just the right location, but will put a good deal together.
Rob spends alot of time with his wife and two children on the family ranch in Paradise Valley, Montana. He enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking on the ranch, always with an eye out for shed horns, arrowheads and other archaeological finds.
