Robyn Erlenbush, Broker/Owner of ERA Landmark Real Estate is pleased to announce that commercial sales agent Ardi DeVries has received the national Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. By obtaining the CCIM designation, DeVries has proven competence in the four core areas expected of commercial investment managers including financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis of commercial real estate.
Established in 1969, the CCIM curriculum is recognized for its excellence within the industry and is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. There are currently 20 individuals in the State of Montana who are CCIM accredited.
DeVries joined ERA Landmark Real Estate’s Commercial Team in 2006. In addition to her CCIM designation, DeVries holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Montana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver. Her familiarity with business operations, valuations , and tax deferred exchanges, as well as her leadership in the community, give DeVries an extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate opportunities in the Gallatin Valley.
