Denise Andres recently attended The Luxury Conclave in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Luxury Conclave is an annual educational program for working agents who are seriously committed to the listing, marketing and selling of high-end residential real estate. Presentations on internet marketing and print advertising as well as the demographics and emerging trends in the high-end sector provided new insights on successful marketing techniques.
Andres, a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, is highly educated in strategies for high-end marketing. Her outstanding efforts to provide the best service possible have ranked her 10th in total closed production volume through November 2007 among 25,000 ERA Franchise Systems associates nationwide.
As a Sales Associate with ERA Landmark for 10 years, Denise has earned many distinguished awards including the ERA National Leaders’ Circle each consecutive year since 1999, "1st in Customer Satisfaction" national awards from ERA Franchise System, and Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year 2001.
